Fire sorcerer

I play as a fire sorcerer. I want to know about damage from ignite and about fire damage in general. I have big doubts about fire damage. I conducted a test with very similar stats and nodes taken for modifiers of damage and states of ice and freezing, fire and ignite, with an ice “spec” it came out a lot more damage, better clearspeed and singltarget dps. With nodes taken for spell damage, fire penetration, fire damage, ignite duration etc, crit chance/multi, ignite does something ridiculous amount of damage, even compared to a cloud of poison in my unique boots with 4lvl. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I suggest you stop playing sorc while you still can play other build. Doing that little damage wont make you survive when you come to T5 mapping. Just abandon this character and play those hot cakes build while its not too late.

Its officially become rubbish job for sorc since yesterday nerf.

Anyway, there is a risk because some SB from GGG will try to make your life harder and nerf those hotcakes.
