Galvanic Shards + Electrocute + Elemental Focus - Applies Electrocute

Above mentioned combination applies Electrocute while it should not, because of Elemental Focus.

Noticed the same bug with the skill Lightning Arrow.

I have also experienced this interaction. I am using Kitoko's Current gloves and i recently switched my main skill setup (spark) with elemental focus, thinking i would be sufficient enough with just an orb of storm. Then i discovered that i still apply electrocute with my spark despite elemental focus.
