Player Context Menu "Invite to Party" button not working - text input field blocking mouse click?

Very often, when I get a trade whisper, I try to right click their name in chat and hit the top most button which is "invite to party". However, the button cannot be clicked. There is a slight/buggy mouse hover effect when navigating above it with the cursor, but on most of the surface area of the button cannot be clicked.

I suspect that either the chat's text area is blocking the mouse input or something else, such as the health globe numbers or similar? Second assumption: it only ever happens on the most recent user that is right-clicked from chat, any older entires work fine apparently. Hence, my assumption about the text field preventing the mouse click.

My chat size and scaling settings are on default - 1080p. Even with modified chat heigh and width values the bug persists. Makes it tedious and difficult to quickly invite someone to trade.

When trying to recreate, try to pay special attention that the invite button aligns with the chat's input text field. Should occur 10/10 times.
