Bugs - Rescue Alva, missing support gems

Rescue Alva Mission Bug:

Situation I just experienced during the Rescue Alva mission, as I remember what I did:

Fought the shield wall boss.
Used the teleport after the fight.
Returned to the future through the big portal.
Went back to the past through the big portal.
Used the waypoint to return to the location where we started exploring with Alva.
Alva was there, the quest to rescue Alva was active, and the shield wall boss was triggered again when approaching the boss location.


Missing Support Gems Bug:

After respeccing from the Elemental Storm passive, all support gems that were connected to that skill disappeared.
