Lightning skill does chill instead of shock

i dont know how to put an image here in the forum, however, I have found a typo or a miscalculation error with the spark skill on the sorceress class.

The problem is that the spark skill ( a lightning damage skill ) says that is does chill damage as an aliment.

The spell doesnt actually do any cold for chill damage, or does chill when fighting practically. it just says that it does chill. this could be a problem for build making as it displays the wrong information. This is an even bigger problem as i have no idea where the error came from, or if there are any more typos in the stats list.

Ascendnacy allows all dmg to shock or chill depending on which path you take. its an intended mechanic

do you have anything that adds chill chance? or any ascendancy that allows all damage to chill?
