Unkillable Mob Pack In Manor Ramparts

Just found a pack of 5 MINIONS (no sign of their owner) in Manor Ramparts:

2 x Blood Cretin
2 x Blood Carrier
1 x Blood Collector

I spent 10 minutes killing them only for each to revive within a second of death, in the end I died when I ran out of health charges.

I have no idea what's supposed to trigger their revive, I presume the owning rare mob, whether that never spawned or I killed it and the game didn't register the fact I have no idea.
