PoE 2 Quest bug

I already finished the campaign and went back to act 2 to complete the missing area bosses. I got the medallion quest done, in valley of the titans but didnt activate the bonus and now i cant get access to it!
Is it possible do get it back? Do it again or something?
Can you help me with that?
