WILDSHARDS SUPPORT GEM not working

WILDSHARDS SUPPORT GEM issue with NOT procc'ing as intended on ELEMENTAL EXPRESSION skill ( icy wave which has 3 projectiles ).

Wildshards support gem is supposed to activate with 20% chance 8 projectiles AROUND YOU of Icy wave from Elemental expression.

I killed for like 20 minutes and i have seen procc's ONLY IN A FRONT CONE in RAPID succesion rather than how its supposed to work ( AROUND YOU 8 PROJECTILES ).

I think it simply does not work as intened , please fix issue.
( ALSO that support gem cannot be equipped on anything else from monk that actually has projectiles , i dont know if its intended )
