POE 2 - PLEASE HELP!! BUG ON QUESTS - Can't proceed

Same for me :( seems like it has not been addressed in latest patch.

Same bug for me. Hope this will get on GGG radar as we cannot do endgame until then.

Same bug for me.. can't do anything in act 2 :(

Fixed it by going to Act 2 cruel Vastiri outskirts and talking to everyone in town, then going to the caravan and there was dialogue to finish the "travel east". Specifically need to do this in cruel not normal, even though quest is in normal.

Disconnect with the finished map. And when i reconnect today, quest bug.
Edit: i go with my first character on Vastiri Outskirts and go to the caravan.
Back to my new character and was unlock.
