Cruel Act 3 Legacy of the Vaal quest HARD STUCK

I dropped the Large Soul Core to make space for my bag during an Ultimatum run, and it just disappeared.. Now I'm stuck at the activate Stone Altar stage, the animation would play if I click the Altar, but the quest doesn't progress.

Also tried going back and kill the boss in Jiquani's Sanctum again, but it no longer drops the Large Soul Core.

same for me, reset the maps and tryed to get it again, no resolve atm
