[PoE 2] Polcirkeln Freeze Bug

The Unique ring Polcirkeln states
"Enemies Chilled by your hits can be Shattered as though frozen"

While Merc Fragmentation Rounds state
Bolts that hit frozen enemy consume the freeze and cause an explosion of shrapnel.

Despite all this, even while having the ring equipped the rounds fail to explode.

Solution?

If-Polcirkeln Equipped Yes/No?
If Yes are they chilled yes/no?
If chilled cause explosion
if no continue process
If No continue process
