It's ridiculous!

Totem Base attack Time = 3 sec

They often die before launching the first attack and when they do, the damage is ridiculous. In addition to having a terrible collision, it is impossible, for example, to use other minions with it... In addition to the few relevant points for Totem in the passive trees, the Shockwave Totem, even with these passives, is very bad!

But the problem comes when we combine ShockWave Totem and Ancestral Spirits


ANCESTRAL SPIRITS


In addition to the summons being of the minion class, not receiving any bonus from weapons with ++ for melee (totems only receive melee bonuses) and you cannot equip weapons that give points to minions while you have the shockwave totem equipped, the summoned monsters themselves are very bad and totally random and to make matters worse, they have an absurd collision between themselves and with the Totems or other minions, it is impossible some minions to pass through a corridor with them or the totems in this corridor.

Let's talk about the minions themselves, I'll summarize


-The monkey: Jumps and runs from one side to the other, but doesn't attack monsters

-Mage: Knows how to auto attack

-Man with a big sledgehammer: Knows how to scream, applying a buff, once every 5 casts he attacks an enemy

-Turtle: +50% defense and +25% block, this is nice, but not when you cast totens and summon 2 or 3 turtles

Apparently the summoned minions do not have a collusion, at least among themselves, but they are so big (turtle for example) that they cannot pass through a corridor or have the artificial intelligence of a mole.

Who had the idea of ​​putting that turtle among the summons?!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who tried them. Its also terrible that there is no stats related to them so you can see what to work with. I played warrior because it seemed like the only one with minion ascendancy passive skills. They don't seem to have any place in a build with no damage and unreliable summon choice.
Agreeing with all of this. Ancestor Totem looks like it might have potential, but the way you need to reach level 54 to even try it is absurd. Compare to PoE1 where totem supports are unlocked at like lvl 12.
Surely ancestral minions are bugged, these things do laughably small amounts of damage and appear to have had their AI ripped directly from poe1 tota.

Skill level 7 and the mage deals single digits? At least let this benefit from totem damage.

2 minute devourer kill done almost completely with ancestral minions, shows off most if not all of their attacks.
