[POE2] Rare monster loot lost on death

I have been killed by the rare monster, but my DOT killed it before I was revived at checkpoint, I saw the loot dropped but when I got back, I found nothing. I know there is no way to restore such loot, but it would be great if the instance wouldn't clear the loot what was dropped after death.

Do anyone experienced similar issue? I play on Xbox Series X for clarification.
