Trial of Chaos bricked room

Just had to leave this trial of Chaos room, I see no way to proceed as you can see in the twitch vid. Looks like one of the switch's is stuck in the wall. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2324662224

I have same issue today, i wasted two lvl 76 Inscribed Ultimatum and i can not get my last two ascendancy points, i am very tired. PLEASE FIX!
