Blood Mage crash to desktop with Dusk Vigil staff

I didn't even hope that this was already being discussed on the forum, I ran into the same problem, bought a staff in the trade and then such a nuisance And the fact that this topic is mentioned here means that the developers have already seen about the problem or should they duplicate it in technical support? |

Still crashing as of new patch

Oh my gosh I have been crashing CONSTANTLY since yesterday, and it must be because of this staff. I definitely noticed it was happening when I was getting stunned. It's odd though, because I've been using it since lvl 6, upgrading to higher level ones when I can, and it only just started happening around act 3 cruel, level 60ish,
However, I am not a Bloodmage, or even a Witch, but a Warrior/Titan. I recently specced into some damage from mana before life nodes on the tree, so maybe it has to do with the staff and something that changes when mana is used? Either via spending life instead or taking damage to mana? I'm not sure, but it definitely isn't just the ascendancy, at least in my case, but the staff. |

" Ok, just specced out of the mana before life nodes, still crashing on stun. Also specced out of Eldritch Battery (since it also relates to mana) and again, still crashing. Only constant I can think of is using the staff and getting stunned while casting. Hopefully that's enough for GGG to find the problem. In the mean time, I have to decide if I want to do a different build, use a different weapon, or just go full glass cannon so there's nothing left alive to stun me. |
