Passive Skill Refund Revert Bug

When I was trying to reallocate my passive skills to more Hex based passives. After talking with The Hooded One and accepting the reallocation. once i change locations all the reallocations i made are reverted to the previous state. I have lost quite a bit of gold trying to fix this issue.

Specifically i am in Act 2 on the slave barge when this happens. during the Ancient Vows quest. What i observed is when the skills where refunded the lines between the removed passive skills still glowed like they where purchased. my UI shows that they are still available like i had purchased them but the individual passive icons reflect the removal of those passives by being grayed out. it is only the surrounding border effect and lines that reflect that the passives are still active.

i hope this helps and i have the ability to record and submit a video of this bug to assist in the QA team and Debug team to see this event.

I have also encountered this. I have made changes to my passive tree, and they appear to be accepted, but later when I look at my passive tree some (or all?) of the changes have been reverted.
I have something similar happening to me as well. I will refund passives, put them in a new branch and apply the change but the old branch will be lit up, along with the new one. If I relog it reverts the changes to the original tree, no gold is lost. Eventually I was able to reallocate.

The newer issue i'm having trouble with tonight is that I will refund the passives, put them in a new branch, and when I go to apply the change the button click sound will play but nothing changes the ui doesn't change, my tree stays the same. If I wait a few seconds I can keep making the sound play by clicking the apply button but leaving the window and reopening it shows the reverted tree. If I relog nothing changes so for now it seems I cannot reallocate. edit: I managed to apply the reallocation by refunding a few points, then allocating them after. repeating that process for all that I need to change.
