Passive resistances lost

I've checked my quests yesterday morning and finished all of them.
Also had a screenshot of fire/cold resistance being -40% and lightning -50% before my last quest.
However shortly after I finished the last quest I found out all of them became -50% again.
Of course talking about in hideout/no gear equipped.
