Coins problem

Same problem for me. Points in the wrong account.

Exacly the same problem here and its driving me crazy :(

I was hoping this would have taken a few days to resolve.

What is worse, I have no idea if support ever received an email or if I should email again?

I am now thinking it won't be resolved in 2024 - if ever :(

The current support system is causing issues, as it takes a long time to receive a response to emails. This is unlike other games that offer live chat support, which can be more efficient.

I didn't get points either, i don't know why. I don't think i have other accounts..hope they can fix this sometime.

My 300 points missing as well, one day they are there but when I finaly downloaded POE2 they are gone.

Tenemos que hacer algo, yo estoy igual las 300 monedas están en una cuenta que desconocía. He enviado 4 mails y nada. Me están decepcionado, porque literalmente es una estafa.

I adquire my suporter pack on epic acount and they dont give any key to redeem suporter pack ...

So i cant even play the game ... Their suport send me to GGG suport and ive benn prelied by then yet ..


My son brought the game in Steam all whent fine.
