Path of Exile 2 Bug (Spirit Gem)

I encountered a bug where my character cant activate a spirit gem Cast on Freeze when my spirit is clearly enough, it requires 60 spirit and my character is level 54 on Act 2 Cruel. It happen when I tried to swap weapon skill set.

I HAVE THE SAME BUG WITH CAST ON FREEZE

Double checked and removed all spells + gems, it won't work

but I can use ice armor + mana remnants (30 spirit each) just fine >:|
