Starting to think this is just a visual issue and not an actual rewards issue?
Just causes a lot of confusion tho! "Your grandchildren will awaken screaming in memory of what I utter today!"

Nope, its a BUG.
I dont have reward from candlemass 20 max life FROM NORMAL. So not only cruel is bugged.... |

Same for me as well. Multiple icons not greyed out after completion. Cleared the maps several times to be sure.

Same issue here, Rootdredge, Ignagduk, Ultimatum.
All of these are not greyed out after completion. This is all happening on Cruel Act3. Is there a way of finding out if I got the reward from Ignagduk? Not sure if it's a bug and I can't complete this or just visual bug and I did in fact get the reward. |

You get 100 spirits from these bosses:
" So if you lay down all you items into your bag, you should have 100 spirits end of act3 cruel. So for me it's just a display problem, but I got all the spirits. |

Same here with Ignanduk (shows as incomplete but is done.) However, Blackjaw Act 6 has the same problem and I havent got the skill points from him.
