PoE 2 Herald of Thunder x Scepter Minions Bug

If you have a Quarter Staff as your first weapon, and a Scepter with minion spawns on your second weapon. When activating the Herald of Thunder persistent skill and switching weapon sets, the minions from the scepter no longer spawn - even though Herald of Thunder is not active due to incompatible weapon types, this mean I can't quickly switch between my Quarter Staff using Heral of Thunder and my scepter secondary with minions without jumping into the skill menu to deactive Herald of Thunder which is very difficault to do mid fight.

Only 1 weapon set can be active at a time. If you switched from scepter(with minion) to quarterstaff, it will disable everything from the scepter including the minion spawned.
