CrossBow / Mercenary roll stuck from fire / reload time

Like 50% of time if i roll when reloading, after roll reload again with very longer time for reload even with empty of not emty clip,
and sometimes like 20% of time he reload well but is stuck from fire for like 3/4 seconds, when this happen, sometimes, pressing fire key nothing happens for seconds, sometimes start a weird animation like half shoot and repeat, both ways i cant shoot for like 3/4 seconds and make bossfight very much harder, and im afraid to roll in game while shooting.
I read online other with similar issue, i play with controller on PC, but i tried with keyboard and is the same
