Also happened in a map for me, noticed after I left and rejoined the map without clicking the altars.

Same here. 0 monsters left and none of the 3 altars activate.

Got you guys beat. Can't activate even 1. Went to town - no change. Quit game and got back - no change.

Same here seems to be a clipping issue iaw Altars close to terrain objects, i had one instance where an altar did work but covered the spot where a button to activate red line to door was removed due to the altar being present.

Some overlooked code checksum i guess.

Same on my side, none of the Ritual of my map can be started.
