Skeleton Warriors cant apply Wither with Withering Touch

Hovering the skill gem Withering Touch says that it works with Skeleton Warriors however they never apply Wither to the enemies. (I also tried various gems with skeleton warriors to see if it can proc still nothing.)

I'm not exactly sure but my understanding is this..

It "works" with skeleton warriors because:

- "Supportable" means it meets the requirement
- The requirement is "any skill that HITS enemies"
- Skeleton warriors hit enemies
- The skill is therefore supportable

Then the problem is:

- The actual effect is applied on "hit with CHAOS damage"
- Skeleton warrior hits are not chaos damage nor have the "chaos" tag
- Withered is not inflicted because there is no "hit with chaos damage"

If I'm right, this support should be listed as working with other non-chaos hits (like Unearth in your image) with the same result (no wither) on them.
