"One with the Storm" does not work on "Charged Staff" over the maximum

I have "One with the Storm" allocated. Im casting "Charged Staff".

If i have 1 charge it counts as using 2. If i have 3 it counts as using 3 because that is my maximum.

Is that how "One with the Storm" is supposed to work? I thought "counts as consuming an additional power charge" would allow me to go over my actual maximum.

yeah i'm confused too shouldn't i get the bonus as 4?

Bump, Yup glad this has been reported. was disappointed when I finally unlocked it to find it wasn't working above max stacks.
