Venom Crypts: notable chest marker missing on map

In act 2, Buried Shrines, there's a noteable chest marker on the world map for "Elemental Offering", which grants you a choice between different resistance rings.


In Venom Crypts the area map clearly indicates a notable chest marker, due to looting a prismatic ring, but the world map doesn't show anything.
