If you are on the wall in Trial of the Chaos when it goes up, there is a chance you get stuck

I was on the wall (it was lowered down) when I killed the monster, then it displaced me (makes sense) but:
- Either the displacement caused me to an edge where I could not do anything anymore.
- Or it actually displaced me but I could not move, it was difficult to see where I stood exactly.

Only way to fix it was to go to char screen and lose my progress entirely.
