[POE2 BUG]Trapped in a loop of loading maps

I am 49 level BloodMage. The game progress has reached chapter 4. Yesterday I played with my friend in chapter 1 about 2h.Then I logged out of the game and went to rest. Now,I find some issues in the game. I am trapped in the loading interface of the first chapter[Clearfell Encampment]. The map has been loaded for over ten minutes, but I still haven't been able to successfully enter the game. What can I do? Can I only create a new character？
I can suddenly load it again today(12/12).
