Matlan Waterways map can be generated in an uncompleteable state

Act 3 Matlan Waterways spawned for me in a way where I could not proceed anywhere, the path displayed in the image is supposed to be the way forward but it spawned some cosmetic terrain in the way of the very narrow path.

Same issue. Come on GGG and there's no waypoint to reset the instance and this is 3 months later.
