Stuck at Quest progress "Legacy of the Vaal" - Small Soul Core and opening the door

I'm stuck at the quest "Legacy of the Vaal". I entered the Jiguani's Machinarium, found "Small Soul Core" and opened the door to "proceed depper into machinarium" thinking i should probobly go back to jungle before going any deeper. Log out to get some sleep, wake up next morning and ... the door are closed and the quest says " Proceed deeper ...". So i found another "Small Soul Core" got to stone statue but it does no longer interact with "Small Soul Core".

Any way to restart Quest?

Resterted client. redone the map with CTRL to get new instance solved the issue
