Loot drooped from monsters not showing up in text until i hover over the item on ground.

Started happing when i entered in Infested Barrens in act 3. I was just playing normally did not change any stetting or anything and also don't any kind or loot filter or anything. I noticed that i was getting really less amount of loot but i thought it might be have to do with area( got like 5-6 items total). but i cleared the area and moved on to next area and same thing happened, then i noticed that the audio q for item drop plays but there is no item then i hovered around and there was loot in ground but no text to indicate it i restarted the game and ran the map again but its the same there is loot on ground but no text above it so i have been missing out on lot of stuff. some times the text do dhow up but if i do not pick up the item the text disappear but the item is still there.

can you try to press "Z" to toggle the loot?
sometime it happens to me that i would press this button by mistake.

this might be the issue you are having.

and if you hold "alt" that should show all loot on the ground.

Of course, these are the default key binds, so if you've changed them i would recommend writing down the changes made and trying reseting to default to see if the loot issue is fixed.

Maybe as a suggestion:

If "Z" (or whatever the toggle is bound) is pressed
get an echoed message in chat which only the player himselfe that says
something like "Toggle On" - "Toggle Off".
As a reply to know the key was (maybe acceidentaly?) pressed.
