bugged body armor

i have visage of ayah beaded circlet which gives eldrich battery, and i also have ghostwrithe tattered robe which converts 50% of max hp to ES and the ES is not being converted to extra mana. I was wondering if this is intended or if its a bug.

i mean any energy shield should be converted, thats what eldrich battery does no??

They changed how convert works in POE2, it only converts once now. Probly to fix a lot of snowballing endgame builds? idk
