Has anyone had a deleted character restored in PoE 2?

I was going too fast through the menus after exiting to character selection and accidentally just deleted my character right before I finished cruel act 3 and got to maps... I emailed support and I'm praying they're able to restore it but I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen in PoE 2 yet. I've read posts from a few years ago where people said it was possible in PoE so I'm hoping that's still the case...

It should still be possible, but as Support is currently overloaded, don't expect a rapid response. It might even be quicker to roll a new character.
