Can't See Item Labels On The Groudn

Hi. As the title says basically: I'm not seeing any item labels for dropped items. Nothing. I have to press ALT to see them. This changed since a couple days ago, where it wasn't behaving like this.

I don't think I changed anything. I don't have a loot filter on.

Any idea whats going on?
