Add support for Scuf (and other) controllers

Hi.

Can you add support for controllers with more buttons than the average Xbox/PC controller?
Scuf controllers have 11 more buttons that I'm unable to use because I'm limited to RB/LB, RT/LT, ABXY
I also have RB2/LB2, A2, B2, X2, Y2 and 5 other front buttons.
