Kosis did not do anything in Delirium map

This was a rare unid t15 map with 3 ires on it opened on a Decay with I think Boss, Ritual, and Breach. When I entered the map I saw the boss HP bar for Kosis. He was about 1 screen away from the portal and just standing still floating in the air. I killed him and he did not do anything the whole time.

Similar experience. For me he did move and act on occasion but it clearly looks bugged. I think his Energy Shield was also excessively large. Was able to cheese him with Poison. Also, he dropped 0 loot.
