Ghost Dance has no effect from Quality

I have increased the quality of my Ghost Dance gem to 20% and there is no apparent benefit. The area for quality when holding ALT remains empty.

poe2db.tw shows that it should restore additional energy shield, should raise it to 7%. Can you verify if that tooltip changed at all?

Combat Frenzy also does not have any listed quality, not does the tooltip change when you raise it's quality.

I have the same issue as described. I also confirmed that the tooltip does not change. It stays at 5% of evasion recovered even with 20quality. In addition, the advanced skill description shows "ES recovered when hit" is equal to 5% of my evasion rating (manually calculated).

Seconding that Combat Frenzy doesn't have a quality description associated with it.
