Last night got the item and I can confirm it's broken,or at least doesn't work as intended. My Life shield drops to 0/0.

It sucks to run around as a sorcerer with no shield cause of it stupid eldritch battery stat.. hell its stupid for any class .. with my shitty luck I hardly get any oranges and when they do drop it’s for my buddy and this is after having stats on my gear to find rare stuff. So when I finally got my second orange of the game of course I got this worthless piece of crap and I’ll give it to u if u want it so bad and still need it lol |

" Eldritch Battery is a key component of many sorcerer builds. You use it for increasing your mana pool for various reasons and is often combined with Mind Over Matter so that you take damage to your mana before your life. There are also ways to get additional energy shield after the conversion if you want that extra layer. |
