UI screen size bug on Playstation 5

No matter what settings I change in game or on my TV screen or Playstation 5 screen settings the UI seems to cut off on the top and left side of the screen.

Also having this issue on mine, tried numerous fixes, screen bounds just don't work on ps5 and can't see half of the important information on the top bottom or sides of screen, need to allow for a full ui resize or safe zone.
