Linked xbox account only shows character from poe1 but i play poe 2 on the same account.

I play on xbox and bought early acess on launch but i can only see my poe 1 character on website and it says that i dont have acess to poe 2. But i got my twitch drops on poe 2 and my currency is shown that i got from the purchase of poe 2. I cant whisper in trading board either.

I have the same issue I raised a ticket with support but haven’t heard anything yet

i have the same issue. i been trying to get it fixed so that i can manage this clan and buy clan tabs with the clan donations!!!

I've got the same issue.
Bot early access on xbox. Connected accounts, so i can see the remaining balance of the currency for microtransactions. But there is no characters in the list from poe2 xbox.
I can see the email/massage on account, that poe2 early access supporters was purchased. But on the Page about poe 2 it says that i need to buy it again.
Then sad things is that market is not working. When pressing the button - "private measage to the seller" site throws an error that nome of my characters are online. Which is actually not True, it is Just Poe account doesn't consider my xbox character((

Im having the same issue. Purchased POE2 early access on xbox series x. I also have POE1 on my xbox, and when I login to this site with my xbox/microsoft account, it only shows my POE1 characters, and the 350 coins on that account. Doesnt show the 300 coins on my POE2 account on the xbox - and on this website says I need to purchase early access. I have already done that, but it's like the xbox/microsoft account I'm logging in with on this website isn't recognizing I've already purchased early access or anything related to POE2. I'd expect both accounts and coins to be merged.
