PoE2 - Sanctum Ascendancy Quest bug

So, my games keeps crashing every now and then. It doesn't affect my gameplay most of the time because I can rejoin the area exactly where I was.

However in the Ascendancy trials it is very punishing as it sends me back to the entrance and I have to redo it.

And in my situation specifically : I killed the boss in sanctum act2 normal and the game crashed right after. The quest state requires me to get my ascendancy points but I can't because I got sent back to the entrance. I can't even open the door to redo it because the quest item has been consumed. As it is I'm locked out of those ascendancy points.

Additionally, Balbala in cruel dropped a non-quest Barya on the first time I killed him. Now he doesn't drop any Barya if I kill him again and this quest is stuck aswell :(

I managed to find a new key for the sanctum and complete it in normal, got my ascendancy points this way. Maybe it will solve the issue in cruel

Edit : I still cant get Balbala's Barya in cruel. The quest state is "Search Traitor's PAssage" even after I killed him
