Have been trying to unmerge and delete my second account.

Hello. I have been having a bit of a problem unmerging and deleting my secondary account, as I am having a number of issues. Firstly, when I purchased early access, the 300 coins were applied to the wrong account (the secondary one that I was trying to delete) and now I haven't heard back from support afer replying to the support person about transfering the coins to my main account before deleting. I have provided the transaction ID for the purchase as well. Any help would be appreciated.

I originally messaged support on December 6, and got a reply asking for character names, and Transaction ID, which I provided, and I haven't received a reply, so I sent a second email on the 10th after your reply, providing all of this information in one message, and I still haven't received a reply. I haven't played the game because I don't know which account to play on, because I don't know when or if this issue will be resolved and whether I need to be logged out of the game, account, or whatever for the account deletion and currency transfer to take place. Just wondering what to do at this point? I've been wanting to purchase an upgraded supporter pack, but I don't know which sub account it would be applied to, since my currency was seemingly transferred to an account at random rather than letting me choose which account.
