Mawdun Quarry crashing when logging in

I got to Act 2 and opted to go to Mawdun Quarry, now every time I try to login I'm met with a loading screen and then the game eventually crashes. Tried enabling Vulkan, switching servers, updating drivers, reboots, etc.

RTX 3070
i9 9900k

I've seen others with this issue, anything been posted for a fix?

Verify integrity of the game file. If it says it is missing one file then re install the game.
It worked for me in Steam.
