FIX ENDGAME ACCESS BUGGED WAYPOINT

I have completed all 6 acts and made it to the endgame map area however I didn't get to run a map and now I cannot waypoint back there at all i have tried different suggestions online to fix this but I cannot PLEASE HELP!!!!
