Cannot allocate skill points on attribute nodes after refunding

I suspect my skill tree has broken after I refunded a skill point tied to mind over matter. I was gonna have this on a weapon skill point.

Currently I cannot put any kind of skill point on any attribute node in the whole tree. Putting skill points on non attribute nodes works.

Ok NWM it works I forgot to click on the attribute I wanted.

I can however not pick mind over matter with weapon skill. This is intended I guess?
