[Softlock] A3 Cruel - Blackjaw, The Remnant Bugged State

Realized when completing A3 Cruel I was missing +10% Fire Resistance so went to check the quest state. However, it appears unable to be completed now due to:

When A3 Cruel completes and the gateway gets destroyed, you no longer can toggle A3 between Present/Past. It seems like getting into the Jiquani's Machinarium cannot be entered from Jiquani's Sanctum (Present)

FYI in case anyone runs into this you can join either another player at that spot in A3 Cruel OR it seems if someone has the waypoint right outside the arena, then they can let you TP to them directly skipping the locked door.
