When you reach the point during the quest to "Retrieve the Large Soul Core near Alva", the soul core is unable to retrieve from the device. There is no prompt for dialogue either.

I ran into this problem today.
I was able to progress by doing the following: 1. Start a new instance of Jiquani's Sanctum 2. Do NOT summon Alva -- this is important 3. Redo the previous step, finding two medium cores and powering the generators Once the generators were powered, the large soul core was visible. At that point I summoned Alva and proceeded with the boss fight like normal. I actually wound up doing the zone three times on this character, as it's possible to retrieve the medium cores and re-power the generators after summoning Alva. That does not cause the large soul core to appear. If you summon Alva without already seeing the large soul core on the wall, the instance is bricked. |
