Attempting to purchase guild expansion POE2

Hi ~ The guild I.created in POE2 is full and I am attempting to purchase more guild slots in game. I have also attempted to purchase directly through the website. On both attempts it is telling me I cannot purchase more slots as I need to be a guild leader which I am. Is this a bug.

yea says microtransaction does not exist. not implemented? what's going on
