The Hooded One is not in my hideout on my second character (character is in maps)

Character I originally created has the Hooded One, but its invisible on my 2nd character. If I change the location of the Hooded One on my Gemling it does change location, but does not appear. Below 2 screenshots, one with the bug and one where it shows:

Just going to second this issue. I'm in the exact same situation where I got to end game with my second character but not my first. I cannot see the hooded one with my second character but I can with my first.

He doesn't appear in the any of my hideouts on any character. |
