Rare item disenchanting not giving 2 regal shards after update.

At first, I thought the update didn't come through yet, until my friend confirmed that it worked for him. I still only get 1 regal shard per rare item.

Edit: never mind, it wasn't a 6 mod item.

Actually, can confirm this is happening to me right now. 6 mod item and I'm only receiving one regal shard.

Same, up until yesterday or the day before (after they made that change to get 2 regal shards from 6 mod rares) I was definitely getting 2 regal shards.

In the past hour I've disenchanted 2x 6 mod rare items (they were the advanced type) and I only got 1 regal shard each time.

I suspect %increased phys damage and +# to accuracity could be a single mod.
